For some time now, I’ve been considering what I would blog on here at EverydaySprinter.com. Should I focus on reviewing and promoting events? Should I focus on my journey? In other words, I’ve been struggling through how to be of value to those who might want to become a masters sprinter or to use sprinting and competition as their activity plan.
After giving some thought, I’m come upon what may be a personal but practical challenge which ends up sounding like this question:
How competitive can one be if they train approximately 30 minutes a day for 5 or 6 days a
