INDIANAPOLIS — The USATF Outdoor Championships return to Sacramento State University as junior multi-events are among the opening competitions Wednesday, June 25 at Hornet Stadium. Senior multis begin Thursday, June 26.
Expected to impress in the junior heptathlon is University of Oregon signee and four-time Arizona high school state champion Ashlee Moore (Chandler, Arizona). Moore comes into the competition owning 2014 season bests of 12.28 in the 100 meters, 1.7m/5-8 in high jump and 5.72m/18-9.5 in long jump.
University of Oregon freshman Mitch Modin (Bend, Oregon) is one to watch among junior men with a decathlon PR of 7,875. At the
