Team USA coaches named for IAAF World Junior Championships
USA Track & Field named five men’s and five women’s coaches for IAAF World Juniors, which take place July 18-22 in Eugene, Oregon. Head women’s coach Dana Boone will oversee sprints and hurdles with assistant coaches Lisa Morgan over distance, Tim Cawly over jumps and multis and Cory Young assisting with throws and multis. The head manager on the women’s side is Kristin Heaston. Thomas Johnson is head coach of the men’s team with assistant coaches David Smith over distance athletes, Norm Tate on jumps and multis and Ty Sevin over throws.
