As I comb the internet looking for workout ideas, I try to share ones which seem to be very beneficial. This workout is from Todd Kuslikis of AShotofAdrenaline.net. It’s called the 20-minute Warrior Workout.

What I like about it is that it’s full-body and that your perform this workout in an interval style. I like interval training because it facilitates an elevated heart rate and thus providing a nice blend of strength and cardio.

This workout has six exercises which are performed back to back for five rounds. There’s a 30-60 sec rest between rounds depending on your fitness. You
