BLOOMINGTON, Indiana — Day two of the USATF Junior Outdoor Championships saw 13 juniors crowned national champions as battled the heat, humidity and a nearly 90-minute weather delay as they fought for a spot on Team USATF for the IAAF World U20 Championships to be held in Tampere, Finland, July 10-15.
