INDIANAPOLIS — The city of Indianapolis celebrated Olympic Champions Jackie Joyner-Kersee and Shannon Miller as Mayor Greg Ballard issued an official proclamation declaring June 23 to be Olympic Day in the Circle City in accordance with the international day of recognition around the world.
